Chat, check-in, and hang out

Hi Everyone! I'm an "old timer" continuing the journey of healing here. Just passed the 9th anniversary being a member of The Forum.

I'm not as involved here as I used to be but I am finally journaling daily in a real notebook. I bought some gel pens and use a different color each day. I throw in a bit of "art" with doodling. I make myself print, which makes me slow my train of thought.

Am making some good progress using all the "tools" I can remember from my years of therapy. I should have a degree by now???

I hope you are all staying as safe and sane as is possible with all the crazy, scary, and painful issues that keep arising...

P.S. I just got triggered...WTH??? TEN minutes later??

Hello. Good to know that years of therapy helps in the long run. I am slowly getting into a routine of journaling. Good idea about the printing to slow down the mind a bit :)
