I decided, once upon a time, that the reason I’m not rich is the Gods decided spending your life chasing waves and giving money away is an already over populated niche ;) Ling on a shoestring, meanwhile, encourages creativity

That was rehab hike #3. It was only about 2 miles but I did not drag the foot on my injured side on the ground at all. I was concerned over possible permanent nerve damage that was keeping my hip flexors from engaging but PT insisted that with increased endurance, they would get back to work. It seems like maybe they are starting to?? That's what I am telling myself. Hubby and I are on for another hike, tomorrow, so the journey continues.

Got my first ever foam roller today.

I felt like the manufacturers were really reaching to list the features of this solid styrofoam cylinder. All the packaging says is that is firm and "speckled."
