David Burns' wrote the book "Feeling Good" on distorted thinking and CBT. He recently wrote "Feeling Great". He has lots of free stuff on his website including his podcasts. I have learnt a lot from listening to them.
@ms spock I am suddenly feeling very sleepy as my sleep has been disturbed and for the last 3 nights, I have slept about 3 hours each night. I don't know if I am gonna fall asleep but I need to lie down for a few minutes and rest. Love the chickens and thank you for the link I have been looking at it and going through the titles of the podcasts.
