I did my blood test this morning and did early morning yoga. Kicking a few goals. I remembered to eat breakfast.

I went to the NAIDOC Week Festival this morning and it was brilliant. I went with K and met Tania.

I can only be with people for an hour or two.

A new person was a bit much. But I did okay.

Now I am done for the day.

The combination of today and the email to end my sessions with my psychiatrist (other than medications) has all hit me.
