Doesn't it just! I must say it would take the snow to cover the school roof's here for them to close! It is still sowing here and all the roads in the village are covered. Warrington is a major transport link so all the major roads are clear.

Apparently many roads are impassable, and snow ploughs are on standby! Hmm, I wonder if using those snow ploughs on said roads might help?

Just seen our weather forecast and we are not going to get the bad snow that some have had this morning.

Well is has finally started snowing, but only the fine stuff. No proper snowflakes as yet.

Less than 5 miles away it is falling thick and fast.

My daughter is just about to take the kids out to play in it.

I want it here, I have stocked up on bread and milk ready for what we were supposed to have. :rolleyes:

Oh well, just have to make do with what we do get. ;)
