What is meant by black ice?

Sunny but still cold, though not as cold as it has been.

The ice is solid, but you can't see it since it's the same color as the road or sidewalk. You don't know it's there until you are on it. Very dangerous.

It's 31 degrees today and cold.

We've had a couple of dustings of snow but now we have a blizzard watch! They are saying 1-2 FEET of snow from tomorrow night through Saturday afternoon. Kinda excited about it. Just don't want the power to go out!!

I live in the South of the USA. Today was cool, but not cold, just cool enough you needed a light sweater. I moved seedlings I am germinating out to my greenhouse. While I was in there I fed all my plants, rearranged a lot of plants to make room for more plantings for the next time I come home. I travel for a living so I devised a system last year that self waters all of my plants in the greenhouse and outside as well. And I have had great success in my gardening attempts.

Thank You, I take great pride in the only thing I still find joyful in my life. It is productive and it gives! The hard work pays off when you can harvest your own fruits and veggies. The taste so much better than the stuff from the store.

I started gardening to supplement our food as well as work through my problems. For me digging in the dirt helps!
