Exercising Is Helping Relieve Anger

I have been exercising to help me relieve my anger. Twice a day is helping me release negative energy and stress. In a short time since I've been seeking help, I feel I am making progress!

any thoughts on meditation or stretching execises to help with this?
 
yoga helps a lot. Tara Stiles has a new DVD out at Walmart and I love it for de-stressing. She is also on youtube with a channel and has good tips and stretches on there was well.
 
Thank you. My fiance does yoga and she has told yoga is a great stress reliever as well. I will look into the Tara Stiles dvd!
