Flash Cards

It's like flash cards showing me images in my mind. After I had neuro feedback where she tapped into my right side of my brain, I was a disaster. I am in recovery of drugs and the first thing I did was seek out a script. I got one somehow and used for two days and stopped. What happened, what were these flashes like on flash cards of a hospital, a baby crying, a large abandoned room, big spaces, my mother, my father, feeding my handicap brother, memories?, good?, bad?

Is this a new therapist? Did she review coping skills with you beforehand? Did she tell you that these reactions are normal? :hug:

Yes she did, thank you, I've been coping okay, just trying not to obsess over it. Getting it out helps.
