There is a thread to showcase art. I thought it would be nice to have a crafts thread. If you do a craft please post pictures.

Maybe we can share ideas.

I've started to make rag wreaths. I've made a couple and will make more. I'm hoping to build stock and maybe sell some next year. Then again, I'll probably give them away as gifts:rolleyes:. I also have ideas for making door draft excluders and some hanging Christmas decorations.

I'll post others as I make them.

This is the blanket I'm working on at the moment. Very much a work in progress, long term, type project. It got a bit neglected over the Summer while I was doing outdoors stuff but I've picked it up again now...

Really nice. Is it crochet? I must put learn to crochet on my to do list.

Two of our friends are renewing their marriage vows. I'm going to make them a rag heart hanging. Hopefully they will think it a little different and will like it.

Very nice crafts. I made tree skirts last year. I know the pictures are somewhere on this forum. One of my sister's took a picture of it under her tree this year. Made me happy.

Here's a picture of a tree skirt I don't think I put on here, though I might have. My friend posted both sides of it on Facebook as she has it under her tree this year. :)

I made some fleece blankets for 2 of my grandkids for Christmas. The ladybug is for my grand-daughter and the dog is for my grandson. The dog pattern started out as a panda but I modified it a little to make it look like a border collie, his favourite dog.
