So, I had therapy today and as usual it left me a bit more vulnerable to flashbacks. I got a horrible image in my head, felt myself disconnect and almost get dragged in. It was very strange, but I managed to ground myself! So I avoided a proper flashback, stopped it before I got 'sucked into it'. Then I did a breathing exercise and went for a short walk and I was okay.

I'm so chuffed!

@junglegirl Well done! It can be really tough to set clear and healthy boundaries and stick to it.
