Well as many of you know, I'm out of the hospital since last friday (Jan. 13) and since then I am experiencing anxiety and panic attacks! Before going to the hospital I had stop to clean up my house, things just pilled up everywhere. I do some scrapbooking, embrodery and some sewing. Actually I have so much stuff of everything I could almost be a store of each! I also accepted to help a friend who has to move on March 1st, help a friend at her scrapbooking store, started a sign language, attend a group for depressed person. I also will start again my therapy. I have a lot on my agenda and wish to accomplish everything perfectly. I don't know where to start, I feel I have lost control of my life. I do repeat regularly to myself that I have to take one day at a time, one thing at a time but I do experience anxiety and panic attacks... I said to myself that maybe write how I fell could help me.... If you have any suggestions, please feel free to write them to me, it could help. Thanks for you tought

Hey, tigrou. Try to be gentle with yourself since leaving the hospital. One of the things I did when I was discharged was kept to the same sched as when I was in-patient. So Iwould wake up, "check-in" by writing down my feelings, schedule time for art, journaling, etc. It helped me to get back into every day life.

You may also want to consider making things easier by just setting one or two goals for yourself daily. Best of luck.

Okay I think make a list. Of all the things. Number it or something, write in different colours. Decide that you will do one thing. When you do it tick it off and do something to reward yourself, it doesn't have to involve spending a load of money - could small stuff, nice bubble bath, chocolate, or whatever. (((hugs)))

Fab advice I think :) Basically realise that your body and mind need time, be gentle on yourself.

Wow what a wonderfull idea The Racha... Thank you so much. I will go thursday buy myself a note book that will become my "journal". Each day when I will get up and write how I feel I will think of you. I will also keep you posted on how it works for me... Thank you again.
