The meds never had an effect on me, only the antidepressants, and that just limited my depression to every once in a while, I'm on four meds and the only symptom that's been helped by either of my meds are depression, the meds used for hypervigilance and other reasons have not been effective*

I'm surprised that no one pointed out that it's not abnormal to have a few symptom free days from time to time. You'll have to let us know if it comes back or not.

I was diagnosed with PTSD twenty plus years ago. Symptoms have gone away for several years at a time, and then came back again. Their coming back is what led me to this site. I can't answer your questions conclusively - only time will tell.
