I Realize That I

I realize that I often try t9 fix myself when I'm already panicking/dissociating/havingflahbacks and I'm quite mean to myself when it doesn't work - when I should be working to improve so I have less such moments again. And be kind when I have them.

After all, when I'm already in fight or flight there is a lot less I can do than before it.
 
I realise that all the pregabalin plus the pain is frying my tiny brain. Harder to disentangle my emotions. Like being split a bit again in how I am functioning. But doing better than could have been.
