The gifts of imperfection. It isn't specifically on ptsd it is about solving for x in the human emotional equation. It is the one book presented to me when I sought treatment of professional advice. An alternate that has been recommended here is called Running on empty. I'm not sure how applicable it may be for you, as typically the bullying isn't the true root cause of what you're experiencing but more of a total experience of neglect through childhood.

Another vote for The Body Keeps the Score. In my opinion it's the most comprehensive evidence-based overview of trauma written to date (tends to focus heavily on the developmental aspects). Engaging personal perspective of a psychiatrist who's witnessed the evolution of PTSD theory and treatment.
I'm really enjoying "Heal your PTSD - Dynamic Strategies that Work" Michele Rosenthal, at the moment, I'm tied between this one and "The Body Keeps the Score".
