Meds don't seem to be helping. Anxiety level at super high. Not sleeping. Not having nightmares (that I'm aware of), but the last four days have been waking up with super anxiety, immediately thinking about work deadlines that are looming - stuff I've been not been working on. Went into work on Saturday with the intention of getting caught up, but had significant dissociation episode. Started playing games and before I knew it, over 8 hours had gone by.
Centering exercises aren't helping - can't even settle down enough to get too far into them.
I hate this.
