You can't be her therapist, much as you would want to. It will drive you crazy trying and then if you get it wrong, you will be the one she blames. You have to distance yourself from being a therapist and just concentrate on being there for her.
The only way she is going to come out of the other side is by facing up to what her trauma is doing to her and finding a therapist who she can trust. If she wont then she is stuck, as you cannot be loaded up with her issues while trying to be there for her as her friend.
