Paypal Now Instant Again

I have had paypal automatic upgrades disconnected for a long time now because we got some abuse from it, though Paypal have made success towards fixing these issues with their policy rewording and systems to prevent fraud. I haven't received any during manual upgrading, so fingers crossed it is all well now.
