Propanol side affects and opinions

Hi recently been put on propanol by my gp 40mg twice a day, feeling quite lethargic and also have the runs so far, so bit concerned, been on them one week, just wanted to see other people’s opinions, many thanks

I felt like I was moving through quicksand when I was on it.

It dropped my blood pressure so low I was having trouble breathing. As @Karolina12 shared, I felt like I was walking thru quicksand. Will never take it again.

I took 40mg yesterday morning, and yesterday evening I got up to go in kitchen, and felt horrendous, almost brought panic attack on which I have not had for years, suits some but not me.

It sounds like your dose is too high?

Perhaps you would find benefit from a smaller dose, but I’m not sure if this stuff comes in tablets or capsules?

They want to put me on 10mg three times a day from 40mg twice a day, I haven’t taken any today, they come in tablets, I’m a bit wary now to be honest as yesterday I as horrendous:(
