Taking a shower is a good idea. It use it myself to make transitions and kind of wash away a mood. It sometimes workds.
I see my therapist today. I tried to call my sister last night and my stomache was in a knot the whole time. Luckily, she didn't answer. Our last conversation two weeks ago took me a week to get over and a change in my medication.
This is not easy what we're all doing.
