I am looking forward to ending my old contract with my agent and getting a new contract with the agent that is selling mobile homes like crazy. I so need to get out from under it and I need the money.

Well the prospective buyer agreed to my sale price of my mobile home. If all goes well, it will go into Escrow on Monday. My agent wants to take me out for Mocha Frappes. I have not had one of those in a very long time.
