I'm looking forward to restarting my diet and losing weight in a healthy manner. It's going slower then I would want, but slow is good. Less chance of gaining it back. I just think of that.
I look forward to continuing to lose weight. I cheated a little, but not enough to make a difference. At least I hope. I look forward to getting back in the swing of things. That is when I feel better about myself.
I am looking forward to a bedtime ritual for Papa Bear so B can get some rest. Whether B implements it or not I am going to be going to bed a lot earlier.
