The roast potatoes were so nice with Japanese curry that I am gonna have to have roast potato curry sometime soon.

<laughing> So I despise J-Curry (but love Indian curries) & my sister is the opposite. We sorta crack each other up with what veggies we reach for... Because when we moved from Asia to the US? There's this thing here about "peas & carrots" :wtf: (nooooooo. Peas and carrots don't go together! That's just gross!) :hilarious:

Had this for dinner, served on top of some leftover sauteed greens...How to Make Quinoa and Black Beans sipping on a warm cup of ginger/stinging nettle infusion.

Avocado, roasted turkey and salami rolled up in seaweed with some cauliflower on the side.
Then a piece of toast with peanut butter and jelly.
Dare I say I feel like the food thing is getting worked through.

Some Covent Garden chicken soup, was ok, needed a ton of sea salt added though, glass of whole organic milk, bowl of plain yeo valley yoghurt

 

[Tornadic Thoughts]

Lemon water, warm herbal infusion with red clover/ginger root/stinging nettle, and fresh juice made with a head of celery, a head of romaine lettuce, 5 granny smith apples, a knob of ginger, aloe vera plant clippings, and 2 beets. I can feel my day brighten up and warm up from the inside out. Precious and few used to be these moments we'd share.
