What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

So my brother made me kaoh pad with beef - thai fried rice, he's good at it and it's so nice and a sauce called prik nam pla. Phwoar. Really love things that hit multiples of salt, spice, sour, maybe too sweet n umami.

Got him to give me the recipes.
Later had samosas and wine
 
breakfast which was at lunch: beetroot, sweet potato and leaves, then parsnip and sprouts with olive oil

bag of figs. oh dear! really going to try not to have any tomorrow.

dinner: half a watermelon, then spinach and garlic dip more parsnip and sprouts with some olive oil. I love this combination at the moment.

drinks: a bottle and a half of water and a pint of licorice and burdock tea
