Lots of lemon water, a bowl of red grapes and bananas topped with purple edible violets, some sliced cucumber dipped in sriracha hummus, and more lemon water. Plan to saute some bok choy, broccoli, kohlrabi, cilantro, garlic and onions for dinner with zoodles or coodles (zucchini/cucumber/carrots sliced into spirals and used in place of pasta), with some kind of salad topped with some more of that sriracha hummus and hemp hearts. Gardens make my edible world go 'round. So grateful for the space, the seeds, the starts, the help, the patience, and the others who grow what we don't and like to share.
