Amaranth porridge that I made with homemade almond milk.
Topped with a little desiccated coconut, a dash of cinnamon, blueberries and raspberries (warmed through so that their juices came out and made a natural syrup), and a chopped banana.
Served in my favourite bowl (was handmade by one of my grandmothers).

A cup of rooibos chai tea, in my favourite mug.

Heart + stomach = full
