Lots of water and a glass of apple/celery juice with flax and chia seeds along with some greens powders mixed in when I woke up, finally.
Lunch was an O'Doughs brand g/f vegan pumpernickel bagel with hummus, dijon mustard, a big handful of butter crunch lettuce, and some thinly sliced red onion with a small bowl of leftover squash/red pepper/onion/garlic stir fry.
Supper's gonna be leftover soup from last night and some kind of sandwich or salad, with a handful of dairy-free dark chocolate chips for dessert. Also steeping some fresh ginger root tea to sip on.
