What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Last night, I ordered a pizza with gluten-free crust, no cheese, extra sauce baked in (vs. on the side), mushrooms, garlic, onions, green pepper, red cabbage, spinach, and oregano, topped with my vegan version of Parmesan cheese (made with raw cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and sea salt)...along with fries and onion rings. So incredibly greasy.

This morning, I have two giant zits (one on my leg and one on my hand, of all places) and a belly ache reminding me why I don't choose to eat stuff from restaurants/take-out places on a regular basis anymore. The quality of the ingredients leaves a lot to be desired, but it's obviously necessary for them to make those choices to be able to afford to remain in business based on how things are priced. Therein lies one of many dilemmas. Based on all I've learned in the last few years, who can truly afford to keep eating that stuff?

Will stick to lemon water, herbal infusions of sun "tea", and some juices today to give the digestive system a break. A.F.G.O. Another f*cking growth opportunity.
 
@Ronin ... Even if you don't deserve food, eat anyway. Because it makes friends oceans away happy, and is sweet revenge for the times you did deserve food and couldn't have any. :sneaky: Also the whole health & wellness thing. <cough> But hey, happy friends & revenge somehow always seems to work better for me :whistling:
