Started the day with a couple qts. of H20 and a handful of red grapes - then made a kale/alfalfa sprout/broccoli microgreen/frozen banana/flax seed/sunflower seed butter/oat milk/water smoothie.
Drank more water while out running errands. While I was in the next town over, I learned of a space that sells vegan smoothie options, so I got another green smoothie with extra kale/extra spinach/frozen mango/frozen banana/oat milk.
Then I got sidetracked and lost time while on a mission to find a pair of rain boots and decided to pick up Thai food for supper. I had a brussel sprouts/extra veggie/tofu dish served over brown rice.
