The remaining lion's mane mushrooms got turned into crab(less) cakes tonight. They were amazing! Definitely a do over recipe! I whipped up tartar sauce with vegan mayo and our home canned pepper relish to serve on top, and we had an ear of corn and green beans from the garden on the side.
