@MnM I find yogurt (small flavored ones) will give me an appetite.
Bland(er) foods, many say ginger. I find cream of wheat, Arrowroot cookies, plain cake. Also Gavison, regular strength.

Only thing missing is the greens.

C’est la vie, there’s about a kilo of peppers, celery, & onion! Can only sneak so many veggies into my mom’s diet.

Adzuki burger, fries. chocolate strawberry shake ordered from local vegan restaurant just around the corner! Yummy self care. My son went with with me and waited with me the twenty minutes and we drew pictures, even though he didn’t order anything, he just went to keep me company. Love and satisfaction and pleasure: it’s a good comfort.
