Trying to eat better. This morning I had a fried egg on top of a piece of toasted bread.

Birthday treat, very simple one but I enjoyed it. Seabass w tomatoey Lentils & fresh tomatoes

A cream tea Cornish fashion ~ scone, Strawberry jam on first, then Clotted cream
Cup of Decaf Earl Grey tea

Carry out from our friend's Italian restaurant. Lasagna, salad, meatballs, crusty bread and red wine.

Spicy Arrabiata Angel Hair & Meatballs.

It wasn’t really the weather to make meatballs, but it’s what I woke up wanting.

Crab salad and iced tea.

Veggie omlette, (peppers, onion, mushrooms) hash browns, grapefruit, OJ Coffee.

Sloooow cooked pulled pork with yummy sweet and spicy BBQ sauce (J had a sammy) mac and cheese, coleslaw a pickle and omg! the best chocolate cpip cannoli I've had in ages, for dessert. (J had two. lol) Water.

OMG, I have forgotten to feed my face so, I'm off to do it now.

I had Parmesan Battered Alaskan Pollock Fillets with a little bit of Mayo and a slice of Provolone Cheese.
