An ongoing supply of lemon water, herbal infusions, apple juice, and later, another big giant garden salad with some roasted garlic viniagrette, topped with hemp seeds, and later some roasted acorn squash with sauteed kale, red onion, red pepper, and portobellas.
On the menu today is seafood salad with wasabi dressing over brown rice and egg rolls... last thing I ate was some roasted peanuts and an English muffin with some peaches on the side.
@Bearlinda - rice noodles with chopped spinach, snow peas, chili spiced bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, cucmber (seeded), a variety of herbs, thai pepper and jalepenos.
steamed broc, kale, spinach and hummus for lunch (too much hummus)
and a badass carrot, pumpkin, ginger and cinnamon soup
um, hardly any fluids:/
but no allergens:)
