Green beans cooked with some water, thyme, salt, pepper, and vegan butter topped with chopped garden onion, tomato, and cucumber served with roasted yellow and red beets, turnips, and kohlrabi, and some roasted kohlrabi fries seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
Snacks have consisted of more water and sun tea since it's damn near 100 degrees with no breeze.
