What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Yesterday, I consumed lots of lemon water....herbal infusion with ginger, lemon, red clover, and burdock root...fresh picked cantaloupe for break-fast....fresh picked watermelon for lunch....steamed green peas, yellow squash, and purple bell peppers, blended well with a stick blender, for dinner. Today will likely be a very similar menu as I try to continue make things easier on my innards and avoid the medical arena as much as humanly possible. Those innards work really hard at trying to sort through my lifetime of bad decisions and deserve a break.
 
Mashed potatoes (yumm!), carrots, and minced garlic, yummy vegan meat, apple w/p.butter, unsweet. coconut milk, almond (gluten-free) nut crackers, and a ton of other healthy stuff i.e. dates, raisins, plums, etc. (so much I can't remember all of these yummy! foods I ate today!)
