What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Still sipping on lots and lots of lemon water, herbal infusions, and adding some apple cider vinegar to my apple juice when I first wake up on through until 11ish or so.

Munching on fresh fruit from the garden for breakfast...currently cantaloupe and watermelon.

Gonna fix a chopped salad for lunch today with baby greens, wild foraged plantain and lambsquarters, Italian sweet red peppers, cherry tomatoes, and top it with hemp seeds and fresh squeezed lemon/lime juice instead of dressing.

Dinner will be leftover garden soup made with fresh picked and roasted heirloom and roma tomatoes, red bell peppers, sweet Italian red peppers, and tomatillos, with some fresh basil blended in.
 
Had a go at making hash browns à la recipe that @Friday posted - the one with fresh spuds cause I wanted to make n eat em today.
Really delicious!
