Yesterday's fare: lemon water, and lots of it, a whole head of celery, 6 fresh picked apples, a fat knob of ginger, and a head of romaine lettuce made into juice, then a big salad topped with steamed broccoli florets, hemp seeds, and fresh squeezed lemon juice (really thought that was gonna suck, but it was packed with yumminess!), and later blended some garlic cloves, a shallot, purple bell peppers, some cherry tomatoes, and a couple drained and well-rinsed cans of black beans in the food processor then stuffed it into homegrown bell and Italian sweet peppers and baked them, served with homemade salsa on top alongside some leftover steamed peas and flatbread made from juicing pulp.
Haven't thought beyond my morning hydration rotine as of yet for today.
