Lemon water, a ginger root/turmeric root/burdock root infusion, a couple bananas, and some granola from a favorite cafe; made with cranberries, golden raisins, blueberries, apricots, dates, figs, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, pistachios, almonds, pecans, and maple syrup.
Last night I ate way too much brown rice spaghetti noodles with homemade marinara/black bean sauce topped with vegan brazil nut "parmesan"...and also had some of the noodles with a bit of vegan butter, garlic, and nutritional yeast.....not a wise move, but a damn tasty one. Sipping on my usual hydration selections this morning, with some extra ginger for my gut.
