Baked falafel-like ball thingies made with chickpeas, red onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, chili powder, smoked paprika, dulse flakes, sea salt, black pepper, baking powder, and chickpea flour served on romaine lettuce boats slathered with spinach hummus and topped with pickled jalapenos and carrots, sauerkraut, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of dijon mustard.
