At least I can *still* claim I'm the worst cook of every team I was on *pride *.

Gonna have some accountability for myself. None of this will be healthy lol but tracking what I’m having may be a start.

Breakfast: Granny Smith apples dipped in caramel

Lunch: barbecue chips, a chocolate almond bar, and a big red

Dinner: Taco Bell burrito and taco with mountain dew

Now snacking on fresh pineapple and had sips of water while working.

Das a lot of calories. And meat involved for dinner. And maybe zero nutritional value ?
 
Fried sardines with peas and peanuts in a tomato sauce, all from a can, eaten with long grain brown rice. I added garlic powder and parsley. The tinned food was called “Fish and Nuts—Pulatan—Hot and Spicy”. I got it at the international market in the Filipino section. I like sardines and I wanted to try something different. Overall good, a little sweet, not that spicy. I found out “pulatan” means appetizer or snack. I love fish, it’s my favorite animal protein.

Afterward I had an apple turnover and bubbly water with tiny amount of pomegranate and black currant juice. My first sip gave me memories of the Strawberry Shortcake dolls from the 80s that smelled like sweet fruity desserts.
 
Think my new favourite thing food wise is veg roasted with spices. A) cause is very easy and B) is bloody delicious innit.

Lately I joined a veg box scheme, they deliver a variety of fruit n veg which the supermarkets reject cause of size or shape, so if it weren't for this scheme it would get plowed back into the fields.

Today I had new potatoes, courgette, onion, peppers roasted with ground coriander, garam masala, ground cumin, garlic powder, nigella seeds, chilli flakes, and a pinch of asafoetida
