Fresh caught Bream, flathead and Tarwin pieces fried in butter, salt and pepper, with a weird salad I concocted of peas, fried onions and mushrooms, rocket, grated carrot and a mustardy dressing and a jacket potato with sour cream and sweet chilli, add parmesan and a wedge of lemon and some mayo and voila! Deeeelicious!
