Glad you got your sausage rolls, @Friday. I haven't made those in years. I occasionally make them with won ton wrappers. You can stuff those with all kinds of goodies. My favorite is Irish egg rolls. Corned beef (from the deli) Swiss cheese and a lil kraut and thousand island for dipping. Or roll mozzarella in them for easy cheese sticks. I may have to make them your way soon (now would be goog ?). I dont have a particular recipe. Do you?

@LuckiLee... OMG Corned beef sounds awesome right now. No set recipe on the sausage rolls, except there’s usually bacon minced up with onion, celery, & garlic in ground pork... but beef with green peppers and onions dipped in creamy sauce (or cheeze wiz if that’s your jam ;) all Philly cheesesteak style, or beef & gardenia for a more Chicago beef is awesome. Beef/pork/kalbi is another great one, kinda Hawaiian/Asian. I HAVE found using egg replacer that it’s better to let the meat mix tighten up/set overnight. That will take some getting used to. I’m used to just throwing it together, wrapping in puff pastry, and whacking it into the oven.
 
I'm so simple with my cooking,..I can do it but it's basic. I just learned of pesto a few years ago.lol I love the stuff but just use in my chicken pasta. pasta sauce on a hamburger makes sense, it is a deep tomato flavor. very creative.
