Ooooooh. I miss Arby’s.

The only fast food that would give me serious (which one??? Noooo don’t make me chooooooooose) … with Arby’s roast beef? Is Carl’s Jr. Western Bacon Cheeseburger

But I’ve finally managed passable -made at home(ish)- versions of the McRib & BurgerKing French Chicken Sandwich.

Our years snowboarding, we always stopped at Arby’s and picked up a dozen jr. roast beef ($1) & half a dozen jr. chicken. Happy happy.

Arby's was my first job as a kid, at the mall. Totally, "Fast Times at Ridgemont High".

We have been eating out way too much but it's too dang hot to cook!
