Beautiful weather out, meant the deep fryer & Grill were both up to bat for some southern hospitality diet busters.

Fried Chicken & BBQ Ribs, Mixed Veg, Potatoes, & Beer.

A pulled rotisserie chicken with bbq sauce sandwich and Iced tea.

Tender and juicy pork roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, asparagus sautéed to a crisp and milk.

I gotta say, it was the best pork roast I ever made!

Can't wait for tomorrow. Pulled pork sandwiches, macaroni salad and fruit salad.

I was going to make tuna stuffed tomatoes as a light summery thing for me’self… but got voluntold to make dinner for “everyone” (meat & potatoes crowd) so they’re having my last 3 hours, (slaaaaving over a hot stove snicker. Not really. I’m just injured with limited energy …and I’m having a beer and going to bed!

Cha. They, ordinarily, take 15 minutes. Pair EXCEPTIONALLY well with bruschetta, misc salads, salami, whatever. I’m just soooo done for the day, they can happen tomorrow!
