Sure, it's a recipe from the Zoe program. I'm going to tweak it next time cause it was too light, too moist, needed to be cooked longer and I think needs a bit of flour - I'm thinking wholemeal spelt or chickpea flour. Also I used pecans instead of macadamias.
Flavour's good tho. You can't taste the avocado

1 medium egg 50g
170g ground almonds
7g baking soda
Salt 2.5g
Avocado 160g - I used 140g, and
Banana 125g
Coconut oil 36g
Vanilla extract 4g
Honey 44g
Macadamias / pecans 45g
Preheat oven 350°f
In a large bowl mix almonds, baking soda, salt
Add the Avocado, banana, coconut oil (I melted it, though the recipe I have doesn'tspecify if it should be melted or not)) vanilla extract and egg into a blender, and pulse till smooth
With a Spatula, mix the wet into dry ingredients, add nuts
Spread into 8x4 loaf tin n bake 40 to 50 minutes - I think more is needed
It says it's done when a skewer comes out clean but yeah.
Leave in tin for 10 minutes when out of the oven, then onto a wire rack. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
