Oat peanut butter chocolate cups
I made mini versions of these, used 2/3 the peanut butter, maple syrup and chocolate. Also just chopped the chocolate and pressed it into the top to save melting it.

They're nice yeah, texture is a bit weird though cause I used natural peanut butter and it doesn't set!

What kind of peanut butter are you supposed to use?

Well I don't know, but normal peanut butter has stabiliser in it which keeps it from separating, so that would probably be easier to use. I sort of try to avoid chemicals like that, at least half arsedly I do anyway.

Last had - deconstructed easy apple pie - apples cooked in a splash of water, and a sheet of pastry cooked searately, and crumble a bit of it on to some apples. Eaten with lactofree cream.
