Found about 8 strands of old xmas lights, of which only one was fully functional. I strung it around the bakers rack to brighten that corner up a bit. Fal la f'n la. lol

Found a huge turkey vulture in a tree that got damaged by the recent ice storm, just chillin' with his wings spread wide open, like he was soaking up the sun. He started gracefully surfing the breezes again after about 10 minutes or so. Definitely one of my favorite things to watch, especially on a super windy day. It looks like so much fun. lol

I forgot until I just saw it- a small shiny red heart I found yesterday in the bottom of a box of Christmas wrapping paper. I liked it, I kept it. Because it's not perfect- it's got a part missing a wee piece out of it (like mine?), but it made me think maybe I've still got a heart?- even if it isn't a perfect one. It fell out of the box (it's about a 4 foot tall narrow box) when I took the wrap out.

Oh yes, and also, I think 2 cell phones, and a backpack (more or less full, didn't look inside just turned it in, so hopefully they got it back, which at this time of year might be a Christmas Miracle!) Also, I think I found out why my vape was leaking (and therefore is no longer :) ).

I walked the 2 blocks to my friends house and the sidewalks were rather odd today. There was a toothbrush right in the middle of the sidewalk in one place and a pair of muddy lady's boots in another. STRANGE!

Peace....in a wal mart parking lot. Hahahaha! I felt I had to venture out just to experience the silence and "peace on earth" feelings as I saw the almost all of the world shut down for a day and all the parking lots emptied. How refreshing.

Then I discovered just how many trees are still downed from the ice storm and intense rains we've had as of late as we rode around and played "pick a road" out in the country sides.
