I am finally starting to say how I think/what I feel in an appropriate way instead of telling myself to not be mean to people but I have started finding ways to say what I think/what I feel without being mean.

I've cut through several super entangled relationships that just didn't work. And I managed to not fall heads on into addiction relapse, but that's more success of all the awesome people around me than me.
I went to a large, crowded art exhibit today with my daughter and her father. It was an exhibit she has really been wanting to see and it is only at this museum for one more week. Despite being very crowded I managed to stay fairly calm and get through the entire thing without getting irritable or having a panic attack.
