Who was your hero today?

As convoluted as this may sound, My hero was me. I stood up for myself when I needed to and learned to relax when that was necessary too. I have moved through mountains of fear and uncertainty with hope and calmness. I do my best to take good care of myself because most of the adults in my childhood did not.

Kind of vicariously but this 'Dad-erina' solved his kid's stage fright, hairy legs and all. 🤣

Oops video doesn't load. she started crying and screaming but he got on stage and took her by the hand and pirouetted away with her by the hand with all the dancers in their tutus. Holding a baby at the same time! Though she was only as big as a minute lol. He was pretty good actually. 🤣 😊

Today I was my own hero too. I didn't have a great day... but I didn't get really sad and anxious until late in the evening. And when I felt at my worse, I got on the treadmill.
