Yep, there it is. A perfect 1968 Rupp TT500. Freaking exactly like the one i had. Thing could go a little over 40mph, and was fully street legal.

Tinker Toys

Lincoln Logs

Wood, fire, and waterproof M-80s. I built things in order to light them on fire or blow them up. We had lots of explosives where I grew up. :)

Alright - dammit!! - one more favorite toy post...:p

I had a slick Crossman BB gun.

It had a magazine built into the side chamber, and could store a bunch of BBs. Great feature. The pump action was a short throw; 3 pumps to plink tin cans. With more pumps, the thing would shoot .177cal pellets, pretty accurate too. Once, as a lark, not expecting to hit anything, shot a black bird straight off the top of a telephone pole. Wow. That was it, never did it again.

James B...was that you that shot a BB in one of my expensive windows back in the early 90s?

I never did get it replaced since I never had the money. Thankfully they are double pane windows.

LOL :devilish: oh, uh...who? Me? Sorry. Shot a few wooden fruit crates, and some old coffee cans, back about '68...lol.

Mr. Potato Head: awesome (lol) a true old school toy. Had one and it rocked, but faded fast.

Spirograph: was awesome too, as I recall.

There was an early 60's media blitz on B&W TV for Duncan Yo-Yo's. Remember? Tired it, instant boredom. LOL. (Sorry yo-yo lovers!).

Super Ball: These were controversial because students would throw 'em against a wall in a hall way, the ball's going everywhere, creating instant mayhem. Lol.

Gumby and Pokey are odd ones. Seemed an early "rise of the geeks" type toy...If I am not mistaken, these toys had something to do with "clay-mation", and early and visually unique form of animation.

The dollhouse, loved it! And in summertime the canoe.. And the little bears i used to have, would not go to sleep without them.

And yea those super balls sure did bounce didn't they. I wonder if they still sell those?
