Physical pain?

Lately I have developed cramps and pains in my thighs, as if I am about to take off in flight away from something/ someone dangerous
Try doubling or trebling your water intake to help flush lactic acid out of your muscles & eating more bananas (or other potassium rich foods). Calcium for muscle fatigue, Potassium for muscle cramps.
 
My last blood test showed high potassium in my blood and my body does NOT want bananas. Increased water intake is a must though, as I have 3rd stage kidney disease, just diagnosed. Doc advises 3 qts of water a day. Going to see a kidney specialist on the 30th of this month. Just got a kidney ultrasound. Waiting for results.... @Friday

DEFINITELY talk with them about the muscle cramps.

Cramps just from being too tense and from exercise are one thing, when you have cramps and kidney disease that’s a whole ‘nother thing entirely.
